Users may request deletion of their Atrium AI account by:
- contacting privacy@atriumheartbeat.com, or
- using account settings if available.
Upon verification, Atrium AI will delete or anonymize personal information unless retention is required by law or necessary to fulfill contractual obligations.

Our Services are not directed to children under 13.
We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13.
