If you connect Google Workspace services, Atrium AI accesses only the information necessary to perform actions you explicitly authorize.

Google Workspace data is used solely to provide requested functionality and is not sold or used for advertising purposes.

Atrium AI's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

5. Microsoft Data

If you connect Microsoft 365 or Outlook services, Atrium AI uses your information only to provide requested features.

Your Microsoft information is never sold or shared for advertising purposes.

Churches, schools, and organizations remain the owners of all information uploaded to Atrium AI.

Users may request deletion of their Atrium AI account by:

Upon verification, Atrium AI will delete or anonymize personal information unless retention is required by law or necessary to fulfill contractual obligations.

Our Services are not directed to children under 13.

We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13.

Organizations such as schools or churches remain responsible for obtaining any required parental or guardian permissions before providing information relating to minors.

Apple App Store Privacy Disclosure

Atrium AI requests access only to the device permissions, accounts, and third-party services that users explicitly authorize. Access to calendars, email, contacts, files, notifications, camera, microphone, or other device features is requested only when required for specific user-selected functionality.

Collected information is used solely to provide and improve the Services, execute requested workflows, maintain account security, and support AI-powered features. Atrium AI does not sell users' personal information or use personal information for third-party advertising.
