Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By accessing or using Verge (the “Service”), operated by [Company name — DRAFT] (“Company,” “we,” “us”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
Verge is a pastoral intelligence platform that provides care briefings, voice capture, drafted communications, and brain search capabilities for pastors and their designated assistants.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of any material changes to the Service or these Terms.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You may not share your account with unauthorized parties. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
Each subscription includes two seats: the primary pastor and one designated assistant. Additional seats are not available in the current plan tier.
4. Payment and billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. The 14-day trial requires no payment information. After the trial, a valid payment method is required to continue.
Refund policy: Full refund within the first month after the trial ends, on request. After the first month, a pro-rated refund for the unused portion of the billing period. Annual plans: pro-rated minus one month minimum.
5. Your content
You retain ownership of all content you create in Verge — notes, voice memos, care records, and conversation history. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the Service to you.
We do not claim ownership of your content. We will not use your content for any purpose other than providing the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to store or process content that violates applicable law
- Attempt to reverse engineer, circumvent security, or access other customers' data
- Use the Service for bulk commercial communications, spam, or purposes unrelated to pastoral ministry
- Share your account credentials with unauthorized parties
7. Limitation of liability

8. Termination
